- Patent description:本发明公开了一种直接驱动负载的微型超声电机定位控制装置，包括模块盒、转轴、转子以及定子组件；模块盒内分别安装有电机误差累计归零传感器以及检测头呈U形设置的转子转动位置精确定位传感器，转轴对应于电机误差累计归零传感器的感应头设置有误差累计归零感应部，转轴上安装有与转子同步运动的定位码盘；U形检测头的两U形检测臂之间置有定位码盘的盘面，定位码盘的盘面沿外缘周向均布n条裁切缺口；转子沿轴向顺序分为预压力施加段、负载段、转子段。由此可知：本发明在模块盒这个有限的空间里，集成了电机的固定、直接驱动负载、电机转子转动位置的精确控制以及电机转动误差累计归零控制的功能，其能够有效地固定电机而不影响电机的转动。
