- Patent description:本发明公开了一种微型模态转换型超声电机的柔性安装固定装置，该微型模态转换型超声电机包括转子和定子组件，包括电机底座，定子组件配置柔性安装片，该柔性安装片的基体为环状薄金属片，环状薄金属片在外环表面呈辐射状延伸出安装足，且环状薄金属片的外环直径与微型模态转换型超声电机的直径一致；柔性安装片嵌装在定子组件的壁面上所开设的环形切口内，且柔性安装片在定子组件上的安装位置与定子组件所产生的1阶纵振模态节平面位置相邻近，同时柔性安装片的安装足与固定在电机底座上的固定立柱连接。因此，本发明能够对电机进行柔性的轴向、径向定位，对电机的工作模态影响小，能够有效地满足电机在固定的同时，维持正常工作的需求。
