- Patent description:本发明涉及一种跑道式行波型直线超声电机以及单平台、双平台进给装置，超声电机包括定子组件和动子，定子组件包括由上至下顺次叠加的摩擦材料、定子弹性体、压电陶瓷片和柔性印制板，定子弹性体呈椭圆形跑道状，包括两条互相平行的直线段，相邻直线段的端头通过圆弧段顺滑连接形成封闭结构，两个直线段、两个圆弧段均对称布设，且直线段的表面高于圆弧段的表面；压电陶瓷片同样呈椭圆形跑道状设置并分区极化；动子为悬臂梁结构，其悬设在定子弹性体的直线段上方；动子呈长条状设置，其与定子接触部分呈工字状设置；本发明与现有的环梁式行波型直线超声电机相比，其输出推力更大、输出效率更高，同时兼具更优异的稳定性和可控性。
