- Patent description:本发明公开了一种超声电机高精度作动传感器实现方法，涉及一种基于超声电机作动器的断电自锁和纳米级分辨率等特性的传感器技术，尤其是一种主动式的高精度的位置细分检测技术；设置两路时序发生器，分别为移位时序M和同步时序t；由物理位置物理位置检测脉冲T来触发移位时序和同步时序的同步端Sync；根据当前超声电机速度和角位移分辨率共同来确定同步时序t的时间；在同步时序t对应(N+1)t处产生移位脉冲N+1来决定移位时序M下一个细分脉冲的时间点位置；该方法可使得超声电机具有了角位移分辨率高、结构简单成本低、覆盖超声电机106全速度调节范围等主动式高精度传感器。
