- Patent description:本发明涉及一种超声电机定子弹性体组件的电磁屏蔽和绝缘结构，采用间接绝缘隔离的方式对定子弹性体组件进行绝缘处理，具体包括由上至下顺次同轴布设的外壳组件、预压力调整垫片、转子组件以及定子座组件，所述定子座组件包括由上至下顺次同轴布设的定子弹性体组件、定子支架、绝缘垫片和定子座；定子座组件上分别引出电机地线和屏蔽地线，其中定子座上引出屏蔽地线，且电机地线和屏蔽地线互相独立、不导通，定子弹性体组件上的A相引出线、B相引出线双绞后与电机地线进行双绞，并顺次用屏蔽网和热缩管包覆，然后由定子座的出线口引出；屏蔽网与屏蔽地线连接导通；本发明有效降低超声电机自身的电磁干扰，获得良好的电磁兼容性要求。
