- Patent description:本发明涉及一种四定转子串联超声电机，包括中定子座，中定子座同轴布设在外壳上，在中定子座的内圆柱孔设有轴承，内侧凸台端面同轴布设定子弹性体组件；输出轴穿设中定子座上的轴承，并用锁紧螺母将输出轴固定在轴承内圈上；输出轴中间法兰盘两端面上分别同轴布设有两个柔性转子组件，且每端的两个柔性转子组件背靠背安装，柔性转子组件之间以及柔性转子组件与输出轴法兰端面之间布设有调整垫片；外壳两端同轴安装的定子座内侧凸台表面同轴布设有定子弹性体组件；外壳的一侧平面上布设有PCB板、PCB板罩壳和线缆固定套，定子弹性体组件上的柔性印制板焊接在PCB板上，从PCB板上引线。本发明具有输出转矩大、功率大、结构紧凑等特点。
