- Abstract:针对一种新型的模态转换型超声电机,提出了通过改变工作频率实现模态转换型超声电机正/反向转动的方法.利用通用有限元分析软件ANSYS对电机定子进行了模态分析和谐响应分析,仿真结果揭示了电机在不同工作频率下实现正/反向转动的原理以及影响电机正/反转的主要结构参数.根据分析结果设计制作的模态转换超声电机原理型样机可实现正/反转,正转频率为53150Hz,空载转速为852r/min,堵转力矩为0.2N·m;反转频率为60345Hz,空载转速为100r/min,堵转力矩为0.04N·m.
