斜槽式纵扭模态转换型超声电机在不同摩擦副下的负载特性研究

- Abstract:研究斜槽式纵扭模态转换型超声电机在各种类型摩擦副下的负载特性。实验中定/转子接触面分别采用多种材料,形成硬/软、软/硬以及硬/硬搭配的各种摩擦副。当采用软/硬摩擦副时,电机转速慢、转矩小、效率低,而采用硬/软摩擦副时,电机负载航空学院特性明显提高。研究定子摩擦面开齿对电机的影响,实验显示定子摩擦面开齿能显著改善定转子摩擦面磨损情况,使电机运行平稳,电机负载特性较不开齿有所提高。实际研制的直径为15mm的样机,堵转力矩可达0.32N·m,空载转速最高达1325r/min,效率达到了32.3%。
