- Abstract:针对斜槽式模态转换型超声电机工艺复杂,成本太高,研制了一种全新结构的孔式模态转换型超声电机.利用振动理论分析了电机的模态转换原理及工作机理.利用ANSYS软件对电机定子进行了仿真分析,分析了电机定子的工作模态和谐响应.制造了一台原理型样机,测量了样机的工作频率、振型、转速、转矩等.结果表明,这种电机的工作频率约为57.5 kHz,空载转速可达1 000 r/min,最大转矩可达0.15 N·m,其...
