徐东方,工学博士,人工智能学院研究员,入选国家重大人才工程A类青年项目。2014年获得山东大学学士学位,2017年及2022年分别以最优异成绩获德国纽伦堡大学硕士学位与博士学位,师从德国国家工程院院士、加拿大工程院院士、IEEE通信学会前主席Robert Schober教授。2022年12月至2023年10月任香港科技大学博士后研究员(合作导师:宋胜辉教授),2023年11月入选香港科技大学VPRDO RAP项目,担任交叉研究学院研究助理教授。2026年2月加入南京航空航天大学人工智能学院,隶属天地一体频谱认知智能实验室认知智能创新中心及电磁频谱空间认知动态系统工信部重点实验室。
主要研究方向包括具身智能认知决策环、多域资源智能编织、分布式协同与博弈等理论,及其在低空智联网、频谱动态认知等前沿领域的应用。在无线通信与人工智能交叉领域共发表IEEE JSAC、TWC、TCOM、TIT、JSTSP及Sci. China-Inf. Sci.等国内外顶级期刊与国际权威会议论文60余篇,谷歌学术引用逾5000次,h指数为27,其中13篇论文引用超100次,4篇入选ESI前1%高被引论文。曾两次受邀为IEEE旗舰期刊《Proceedings of the IEEE》(中科院1区Top期刊,CCF A类,IF: 25.9)撰稿,七次在计算机、通信与信号处理领域国际权威会议作特邀报告。荣获2023年IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications最佳论文奖(全球每年1项)、2022年IEEE Transactions on Communications最佳论文奖(全球每年1项)、2019年IEEE Global Communications Conference最佳论文奖,2020至2022年IEEE Transactions on Communications模范审稿人以及2021年德国纽伦堡大学数字通信实验室最佳出版物奖。自2022年起连续四年入选斯坦福/爱思唯尔全球前2%科学家名单。目前担任IEEE Transactions on Communications(中科院1区Top期刊)、IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing(CCF A类)及IEEE Communications Letters期刊编辑。

主要研究方向简介:
具身智能认知决策环是一个以推理、预测、记忆、学习等类脑智能为特色的闭环,突破OODA环局限性,
为解决无人机智能协同组网、频谱动态认知等问题提供理论方案。

具身智能认知决策环的工程实现示意图:

多域资源智能编织将多个域中的异构资源,通过智能化的协调与融合,动态编织成协同整体,以支撑极致性能、按需服务和内生智能的新业务。
