个人基本情况：

陆莎，通用航空与飞行学院，飞行技术系，讲师，博士后，硕士生导师。主要从事大气环境与交通安全、气候变化及数值模拟、陆-气相互作用等方向的研究。目前，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、天目湖校区人才科研启动基金项目1项，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项。累计发表学术论文15余篇，包括Journal of Hydrology、Climate Dynamics和Journal of Hydrometeorology等领域高水平期刊。担任Journal of climate、Journal of Advances in Modeling Earth Systems和Journal of Geophysical Research: Atmospheres等国际期刊审稿人。参与校级、院级教学改革项目2项，发表教改论文2篇。
