博士,南京航空航天大学教授、博导,主要从事遥感技术、目标探测、空间信息智能计算等方面的教学和研究工作。2000年本科毕业于武汉测绘科技大学,获摄影测量与遥感工学学士学位;2003年硕士毕业于中国地震局地质研究所,获构造地质理学硕士学位;2011年博士毕业于上海交通大学,获模式识别与智能系统工学博士学位。2015年入选中国科学院西部青年学者计划(A类),2020年入选江苏省科技副总人才计划,2021年入选江苏省SC人才计划。2003年6月~2019年5月,在中国科学院西安光学精密机械研究所工作,历任实习研究员,助理研究员、副研究员、研究员。2019年6月起,在南京航空航天大学工作,任教授、博导。曾任中国科学院西安光学精密机械研究所遥感与智能信息系统研究中心主任,中国科学院月球与深空探测总体部办公室副主任,武汉大学-中国科学院西安光学精密机械研究所空间智能技术联合实验室常务副主任等职。作为项目负责人,先后承担国家863、重点研发计划(子课题)、高分专项、中科院创新基金等项目20余项。作为主要研究人员,先后参与CE-1、CE-2、CE-3、TW-2等国家重大任务卫星有效载荷光学探测系统研制工作,以及973、863、国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、中科院重大方向项目、中科院先导等任务。在IEEE T-PAMI、TGRS、TIM,OE、中国科学、科学通报、光学学报等国内外高级期刊上发表论文80余篇,国家发明专利18项。中国光学工程学会理事,中国光学学会空间光学专业委员会、中国指挥与控制学会空天大数据与人工智能专委会、中国测绘学会深空探测遥感测绘工委会委员,江苏省遥感与地理信息学会理事,江苏省人工智能学会智能遥感专委会委员,IEEE会员。
