个人简介
耿浩在南京大学物理学院完成本科和博士学业,主要从事凝聚态理论、拓扑物理及电子输运理论的研究。主要研究成果包括:(1)发展了统一的适用不同尺度的玻尔兹曼输运方程理论,该理论可以在退相干极限下有效揭示介观体系中不同尺度下输运性质,基于该理论细致研究了拓扑绝缘体表面态、磁性外尔半金属等系统表面态、体态的电荷输运和自旋输运性质;(2)基于量子多体线性响应理论细致研究了外尔半金属和周期调制系统的三维量子霍尔效应输运现象,交流自旋霍尔效应等;(3)基于非平衡格林函数输运理论提出用异质结构造非厄米趋肤系统,并揭示了趋肤效应和量子多端口非互易输运系统的紧密联系;还研究了量子弹道极限下极化非中心对称材料中非线性非互易输运性质,揭示了非中心对称材料中在量子弹道极限下的单向磁输运机制。这些非互易输运现象研究为寻找量子尺度二极管材料提供了新的物理图像和研究思路。
