个人简介
研究核心,是用理论计算和计算机模拟的方法,搞清楚微观粒子(电子、自旋等)在固体材料里的运动规律,通俗来说,就是给下一代半导体、磁存储器件、光伏器件、量子器件和新材料做「理论设计与仿真预判」,同时和实验组深度合作(包括薄膜材料器件、量子点器件、新型半导体器件、超导等光学、电学实验等),解释实验现象,设计新型器件设计思路,探寻研究成果转化。
具体研究方向主要分为三个板块:
1. 新型电子输运理论方法开发:传统的计算方法有很多局限,算不准很多新奇的效应。我们会一起开发更精准、更强大的新型计算理论框架,解决现有方法搞不定的器件仿真难题,做属于自己的核心仿真工具;
2. 前沿电子器件的机理与性能调控:我们会用激光、光腔、异质结等前沿手段,去操控材料里微观粒子的量子行为,挖掘新奇的效应 —— 这些效应,正是下一代电子功能器件、量子芯片、光电器件、自旋电子器件的核心原理;
3. AI + 物理仿真的交叉技术研发:我们会把当下火热的深度学习技术,和物理计算结合起来,开发能适配大尺寸、复杂器件的高效仿真技术,解决行业里「大器件算不动、算不准」的痛点,直接支撑企业和科研院所的器件研发与新材料开发。
主持国家自然科学青年基金1项(2024年-2026年)。
