南京航空航天大学经济与管理学院副教授、硕士生导师,香港理工大学博士。研究方向为企业社会责任、国际会计、公司治理、企业财务、能源金融等。入选福建省高层次C类人才计划项目。主持多项国家社会科学基金项目、省部级项目、中央高校基本科研业务费项目等。20余篇学术论文发表于国内外高水平期刊。获得Journal of International Accounting Research 期刊最佳论文奖、Corporate Governance: An International Review 期刊最佳论文奖。担任十几本国际知名学术期刊的审稿人，包括Journal of Accounting Auditing & Finance、Corporate Governance: An International Review、European Accounting Review等。
