曹宇亮,长聘教授3岗,博导,国家级青年人才。2023年博士毕业于美国弗吉尼亚理工大学电力电子中心(Virginia Tech,CPES),2024年以“天才少年”计划最高档加入华为终端有限公司(电力电子领域首位),2026年入职南京航空航天大学自动化学院电气工程系任教授。
学术研究方面,以第一作者在IEEE TPEL等国际顶级期刊发表论文8篇,其中1篇获得2023年度IEEE TPEL最佳论文一等奖,1篇获得2022年度IEEE JESTPE最佳论文二等奖;在IEEE ECCE、APEC国际顶尖会议发表论文10篇,连续三年蝉联IEEE APEC最佳报告奖,研发样机获2022年度IEEE ECCE硬件大赛第一名。以第一发明人申请美国发明专利6项(均已授权)、中国发明专利10项(同步通过PCT向美国、欧盟、日本等地区申请全球专利授权)。成果落地方面,主导的华为新一代100W超级快充技术已在旗舰手机Mate 80及后续系列中转化落地,功率密度、效率等关键指标较国内外主流方案全面领先,经济效益显著。
每年招收电力电子方向博士研究生1-2名、硕士研究生3-5名(专业不限,有电子信息类竞赛基础者优先),同时欢迎对电力电子感兴趣、动手能力强的本科生加入,一起做有意义的事!
