周永刚，副教授，博士，2006年毕业于南京航空航天大学电磁场与微波技术专业，获博士学位。2007年8月至2008年2月为美国南卡罗莱纳大学访问学者。2017年7月至2018年7月为英国肯特大学访问学者。主要研究方向有微波电路与系统，射频仿真，天线技术，微波器件设计等。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目一项，航空基础科学基金两项横向项目多项。参与国家自然科学基金、航空基础科学基金和横向项目多项。先后获得国防科技进步三等奖2项，江苏省科技进步三等奖一项。在国内外期刊发表论文近20篇。获发明专利授权7项。
