Abstract:The output side of inverter short circuit to ground is an inevitable and severe work condition. In this paper, the operation mechanism of short circuit running is analyzed in detail The inductor current waveform is analyzed quantitatively under the traditional double loop control Aiming at the problem that the power devices loss is large when short circuit, this paper presents a method based on the inductor current hysteresis control The method significantly reduces the switching times of power devices which effectively decreases the loss of system in the short circuit condition. Taking the dual buck full bridge inverter topology as an example, the short circuit working modes and loss distribution of the inverter are compared under two control methods. The experimental results verify the validity of the method.
