Abstract:Position estimation precision is of great importance in sensor-less SPMSM control based on high frequency pulsating voltage injection. Firstly, the position estimation errors caused by some non-ideal factors such as motor parameter asymmetry and current detection error were theoretically analyzed. Expressions of the errors were given. Simulations verified the above analysis. Secondly, a novel position observer was proposed in which all-pass filters were used to extract high frequency signal and to eliminate harmonic error. Parameter adaptive control and error feed-forward control were adopted to improve the dynamic performance of the position observer. Lastly, the proposed method was verified by experiments. © 2018 Chin. Soc. for Elec. Eng.
