三种二元变几何超声速进气道的调节方案设计及性能对比

Abstract:为了满足宽马赫数进气道的正常高效工作,要求进气道在低马赫数下内收缩比小、易起动,高马赫数下内收缩比大、总压恢复系数高,对于二元进气道通常采用调节进气道楔面角度来改变前体激波角度和喉道截面高度的方法来实现。针对一种工作来流马赫数范围为2.0~4.0的三波系二元超声速进气道,首先设计了一种定几何进气道,在此基础上研究了3种不同的变几何楔面调节方案。分别是调节第1级楔面压缩角、调节第2级楔面压缩角以及1级和2级楔面压缩角同时调节,然后对4种定/变几何进气道气动性能开展了数值仿真研究和性能分析。与定几何进气道方案对比表明:采用变几何调节方案可以获得较高的气动性能,总压恢复系数与进气道流量最大可分别提升53.7%和22.3%。
