Abstract:以江苏省代表性的民营上市公司为研究对象,研究其资本结构和绩效关系问题。研究结果表明,现阶段的江苏省民营上市公司的资本结构处于较低水平,应该通过发展企业债券市场,优化江苏省民营上市公司的治理结构和绩效评价体系,强化破产机制和退市制度,鼓励优质民营上市公司通过多种渠道融资等途径,进一步提高公司绩效。
