一种利用内共振现象实现升频转换的压电振荡器结构及其特性分析

Abstract:本文提出了一种利用1:3内共振现象实现升频转换的压电振荡器结构,由一对非对称悬臂梁及永磁体组成,其中第二悬臂梁内嵌于第一悬臂梁结构中,永磁体之间呈互斥力,两悬臂梁结构在线性条件下的固有频率之比接近1:3。该压电振荡器结构可看作典型的二自由度立方非线性结构,研究发现当环境振动频率接近第一自由度中悬臂梁的固有频率时,该悬臂梁将发生大幅振荡,进而带动第二自由度中的悬臂梁在其固有频率附近发生大幅振动,由于
