秦杰,南京航空航天大学人工智能学院,教授,博士生导师,院长助理,脑机智能技术教育部重点实验室副主任,国家级青年人才,中国科协海智特聘专家。现任国家自然科学基金委员会交叉科学部流动项目主任。
2011年本科和2017年博士均毕业于北京航空航天大学,师从王蕴红教授(IEEE/IAPR/CCF/CAAI Fellow);2014年-2015年在英国谢菲尔德大学联合培养,师从Ling Shao教授(IEEE/IAPR Fellow);2017年-2018年在瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院(ETH Zurich)从事博士后研究工作,师从计算机视觉领域国际最高奖项“马尔奖”、“PAMI杰出研究员奖”获得者Luc Van Gool教授;2018年-2021年在阿联酋起源人工智能研究院(IIAI)担任计算机视觉研究员。
主要从事人工智能、计算机视觉、机器学习和多媒体等领域的基础理论与关键技术研究,重点关注面向开放动态环境的具身智能感知,取得了相关理论与技术的突破与创新。目前已在国际权威期刊和会议上发表论文90余篇,其中CCF A类国际顶级期刊论文10篇(包括4篇IEEE-TPAMI、2篇IJCV、3篇IEEE-TIP等)、CCF A类国际顶级会议论文35篇(包括14篇CVPR等)、计算机视觉国际顶级会议ECCV论文9篇,Google Scholar引用4500余次,H指数37。获得ACM MM 2023(CCF A类多媒体顶级会议)唯一荣誉提名奖(1/3072),ICME 2024(CCF B类多媒体旗舰会议)最佳论文提名,中国图象图形学学会自然科学奖二等奖(排名1)等。担任CCF A类期刊IJCV客座编委、CCF B类期刊Neural Networks副主编、CCF A类会议AAAI/IJCAI/ACM MM领域主席/高级程序委员、计算机视觉顶级会议ECCV研讨会主席、ECAI领域主席、IJCB领域主席、PRCV资深领域主席等,受邀担任TPAMI、TIP、CVPR、ICCV、NeurIPS、ICML等顶级期刊和会议审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目、中央高校基本科研业务费等国家级/省部级课题。工信部海外人才项目评审专家。
