秦杰南京航空航天大学计算机科学与技术学院/人工智能学院/软件学院,教授,博士生导师,国家级青年人才,中国科协海智特聘专家。现任国家自然科学基金委交叉科学部二处流动项目主任。

2011年本科和2017年博士均毕业于北京航空航天大学,师从王蕴红教授(IEEE/IAPR/CCF/CAAI Fellow);2014年-2015年在英国谢菲尔德大学联合培养,师从Ling Shao教授(IEEE/IAPR Fellow);2017年-2018年在瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院(ETH Zurich)从事博士后研究工作,师从计算机视觉领域国际最高奖项“马尔奖”、“PAMI杰出研究员奖”获得者Luc Van Gool教授;2018年-2021年在阿联酋起源人工智能研究院(IIAI)担任计算机视觉研究员。

主要从事人工智能、计算机视觉、机器学习和多媒体等领域的基础理论与关键技术研究,重点关注面向真实环境的“以人为中心”的智能视觉感知,取得了相关理论与技术的突破与创新。目前已在国际权威期刊和会议上发表论文80余篇,其中CCF A类国际顶级期刊论文10篇(包括4篇IEEE-TPAMI、2篇IJCV、3篇IEEE-TIP等)、CCF A类国际顶级会议论文35篇(包括14篇CVPR等)、计算机视觉国际顶级会议ECCV论文9篇,Google Scholar引用3700余次,H指数35。获得ACM MM 2023(CCF推荐A类,多媒体顶会)最佳论文提名奖(3/3072, Top 1‰)。担任CCF A类期刊IJCV客座编委、CCF B类期刊Neural Networks副主编、CCF A类会议AAAI/IJCAI/ACM MM领域主席/高级程序委员、计算机视觉顶级会议ECCV研讨会主席、IJCB领域主席、PRCV资深领域主席等,受邀担任TPAMI、TIP、CVPR、ICCV、NeurIPS、ICML等顶级期刊和会议审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目、中央高校基本科研业务费等国家级/省部级课题。工信部海外人才项目评审专家。
