潘霄宇，出生于1991年12月，河南洛阳人。现任南京航空航天大学集成电路学院特聘副研究员，主要的研究领域是半导体器件及电路的空间辐射效应，研究对象主要包括GaN HEMT器件、SiGe射频器件及电路、存储类芯片、处理器类芯片等；随着器件特征尺寸的减小，重点关注半导体芯片的单粒子效应规律和物理机制；此外，针对不同的研究对象，建立了一系列新的实验测试方法以及仿真模拟方法。研究成果方面主要以前三作者发表SCI/会议论文14...
