刘云,1978年1月生,博士,副教授。2000年和2004年分别在南京大学无线电物理专业获得学士和硕士学位,2009年于东南大学获得电磁场与微波技术专业博士学位。2016年9月至2017年9月在美国佛罗里达大学从事访问研究。长期从事微波毫米波器件、电路、系统的研究与开发,发表论文近60篇,其中以通信作者/第一作者发表SCI索引论文三十多篇。授权发明专利二十多项。获得江苏省科技进步三等奖一项。主持国家自然基金面上项目、青年项目以及江苏省自然基金面上项目。
IEEE Member, IEEE MTT-8 sub-committee Member。中国通信学会高级会员,曾任中国通信学会天线与射频技术委员会第一届委员。
为国内外多个著名期刊审稿,其中包括IEEE T-MTT,IEEE T-CAS,IEEE MWCL, PIER,JEMWA, Microelectronics Journal,CAES Journal,电子学报,电波科学学报等。
研究兴趣:
1,微波滤波器的综合、诊断、小型化;电可调微波滤波器;多模介质腔体滤波器;多频带滤波器。
2,多频微波功分器、耦合器、电桥、阻抗匹配网络、移相器,微波射频大规模功率合成技术。
3,微波射频大功率功率放大器、微波射频收发组件、电子对抗射频系统。
4,可重构天线技术。
研究兴趣:
微波用于生命体征探测。(Vital sign detection)

所指导的硕士生毕业二十多名,指导的外籍博士生毕业一名。毕业研究生去向为中电55所、29所、10所、中航8511所、航天八院等大型研究所或华为中兴等大型企业从事科研和开发, 或读博深造。半数以上学生以第一作者在SCI期刊发表论文。
要求:1,积极主动的学习和工作态度,较高的研究热情和兴趣,易于沟通;2,愿意从事创新性探索性研究工作或愿意从事面向实际工业需要的技术研究。本人招生不歧视非211院校毕业学生。每年拟招收2-3个研究生。
