Abstract:近年来,越来越多新的无损检测技术开始发展,其中就包括增量磁导率法。增量磁导率技术对铁磁材料多种微观结构特性的变化敏感,本文利用增量磁导率法研究了应力对Q235钢的影响并设定了几个特征值。结果表明,随着应力的增大,特征值变化明显,故增量磁导率法可以对Q235钢的应力进行定量无损检测。
