格氏法一步合成多(4-甲氧基苯基)硅烷的工艺研究

Abstract:以少量四氢呋喃(THF)引发对溴苯甲醚(4-OMePhBr)制备高活性的对甲氧基苯基溴化镁(4-OMePhMgBr),与三氯硅烷(HSiCl 3 )或丙基三氯硅烷(CH 3 CH 2 CH 2 SiCl 3 )反应,一步法制备出三(4-甲氧基苯基)硅烷[HSi( 4 -OMePh) 3 ]和四(4-甲氧基苯基)硅烷[Si(4-OMePh) 4 ]。实验表明:V(THF):V(4-OMePhBr)为0.2左右时,格氏试剂产率可达90%以上,且较易生成预期产物;该比值大于0.4后,再与HSiCl 3 或CH 3 CH 2 CH 2 SiCl 3 反应,很难生成预期产物;且该类格氏试剂会破坏Si-C键。因此,重点优化了HSi(4-OMePh) 3 的工艺:4-OMePhMgBr滴加温度为5℃;n(HSiCl 3 ):n(4-OMePhMgBr)=0.2∶1,65℃保温1 h,产品收率可达54.3%。采用核磁、紫外光谱、荧光光谱对其表征。
