Abstract:基于随机添加算法和均匀化理论,通过有限元方法,建立纳米银/氮化硼纳米片(AgNPs/BNNSs)杂化填料填充聚酰亚胺(PI)的三维随机代表体积单元RVE模型,并选用Abaqus软件对复合材料的导热性能进行模拟,研究了填料不同填充含量及AgNPs粒径对PI热导率的影响。结果显示,随着杂化填料含量的增加,PI/AgNPs/BNNSs复合材料的热导率不断增加,而且明显高于PI/BNNSs复合材料的热导率;当AgNPs的粒径减小时,PI/AgNPs/BNNSs复合材料的导热性能有所增加,并在AgNPs粒径为10nm,质量分数为20%时达到最大热导率2.189W/(m·K);且随着填料质量分数的增加,PI/AgNPs/BNNSs复合材料的导热性能逐渐趋于各向同性。
