Abstract:飞控系统是控制飞机飞行安全的关键系统,对其开展健康管理技术研究有着重要工程意义。针对后缘襟翼位置传感器故障,设计出一种基于主元分析方法的故障预测流程,在故障发生前100个航班左右实现故障的提前预警,并通过某航空公司故障实例进行方法有效性验证。方法的提出为提前安排维修计划、保障飞机的运行安全、提升飞行乘坐体验提供技术支持。
