    Yang Xueyong, Han nationality, Zhaotong, Yunnan, member of the Communist Party of China. Born in 1981, graduated in 2004 and stayed at the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics UAV Research Institute, a member of the China Aeronautical and Astronautical Society, employed as an assistant researcher of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2009, obtained bachelor's and master's degrees in materials science from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, on-the-job doctorate, served as the deputy chief engineer of informatization of UAV Research Institute in 2012, deputy director of the Management Committee of China Crystal Culture and Creative Industry Park from 2015 to 2016, and secretary of the Teaching Labor Party Branch of UAV Research Institute from 2017 to 2022.
