2D平纹编织C/SiC材料疲劳极限的估计

Abstract:对1990年以来发表在各类文献中的2D平纹编织T300碳纤维C/SiC材料的疲劳性能数据进行了收集和整理。对收集的数据进行了全寿命S-N曲线的拟合,并按S-N曲线的形状参数a将材料分为三类。全寿命S-N曲线中形状参数a反映了材料的韧性,参数a值越大,疲劳载荷下材料韧性越好;尺度参数b反映了材料的裂纹扩展速率,参数b值越小,疲劳损伤对应力越敏感。依据拟合数据给出了2D平纹编织C/SiC的疲劳极限约为静强度的0.7的结论。
