热斑迁移路径上非定常气膜冷却特性研究

Abstract:热斑在涡轮级中迁移会引起叶片局部温度过高,影响叶片使用寿命。本文在涡轮进口存在热斑的工况下,对整级涡轮叶栅进行数值模拟,研究热斑迁移路径上的气膜非定常冷却特性。结果表明:气膜孔附近区域流场和温度场的变化与主流周期性相同,动叶前缘经历热斑流场的时间约占整个周期的1/4。叶片前缘冷却射流可以冲散到达叶片前缘的热斑高温流体,热斑核心温度降低。采用压力脉动的气膜冷却的冷却效率低于常规气膜冷却,冷却效率随脉动频率的升高而增大。
