Abstract:近年来我国航旅需求的不断增加,空中交通管理的运行效率却在下降。因此,一系列有效的空管改革措施势在必行。本文在整合我国民航航班历史飞行数据的基础上,利用综合有效性指标确定模糊C均值聚类方法的最佳聚类数后,将最佳聚类数与我国民航航班经纬度数据输入模糊C均值聚类算法获取聚类结果,依据聚类结果利用聚类边界识别方法对我国空中交通活动进行了区域划分。实验结果明确了将我国空中交通管理区域重新划分为华北、华南和西
