摘要:High-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor(HSPMSM) has been widely used due to its high power density, high working efficiency, small size and light weight. Since the position sensor's adverse effect to manufacture cost and rotor dynamic performance, sensorless strategy is often applied. Among different kinds of sensorless strategy, PM flux linkage observer is ideally appropriate for high-speed motor due to its simplicity and stability at high speed. However, since the introduction of stator resistance rs and inductance Ls, apparent position error will be inevitable if there is apparent deviation of rs and Ls. In order to compensate this kind of position error, a novel position error compensation method is proposed in this paper. A tracking-loop is introduced to improve the PM flux linkage observer based sensorless control strategy. The principle of minimum current tracking strategy is to track the minimum current amplitude in real time. The algorithm flowchart of the proposed method is designed in this paper. With the cooperation of PM flux linkage observer and the minimum current tracking strategy, the position error caused by the deviation of rs and Ls can be effectively compensated. Sufficient simulations are accomplished to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method. © 2018 IEEE.
