韦廷查,博士。2019年毕业于中国工程物理研究院北京计算科学研究中心,获得理学博士学位。2019年10月入职南京航空航天大学物理学院。主要从事纳米功能材料及器件的制备与应用研究,重点关注材料表界面结构设计与调控中的物理化学问题,在J. Am. Chem. Soc., ACS Catal., Nano Energy, J. Alloys Compd.等国际期刊发表论文十余篇,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项,校人才启动基金1项。
目前研究方向包括:
1. 光、电催化表界面调控原理及应用;
2. 固固、固液界面相互作用研究。
