摘要：The paper uses super-efficiency DEA to measure the carbon emission efficiency of China's 30 provinces in 2010-2017. The research shows that carbon emission efficiency in Beijing, Tianjin, Liaoning, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Henan, Guangdong and Chongqing. Both are above 0.6; tourism carbon emission efficiency in Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hubei, Hunan, Guangxi, Hainan, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan and Shaanxi is between 0.3 and 0.6, which is moderate. Efficiency range; low-efficiency provinces below 0.3 have Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, Xinjiang and other regions. At the same time, Tibot model is used to verify the influencing factors affecting the carbon emission efficiency of China's tourism industry. It is concluded that the service industry development level, urbanization level, location conditions, opening level and socio-economic development level are negatively correlated with China's tourism carbon emission efficiency. However, there is no significant relationship between tourism resource endowment and carbon emission efficiency. On this basis, suggestions for improving tourism carbon emission efficiency are proposed.
