石威，管理学博士，现为南京航空航天大学经济与管理学院讲师，主要从事能源环境政策绩效评价、碳交易与绿色转型政策建模等能源环境管理与政策领域研究工作，目前已在IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management、Energy Economics、Computers & Industrial Engineering、International Review of Financial Analysis、Business Strategy and The Environment等国内外权威期刊发表学术论文多篇。参与国家社科基金重大项目、重点项目，国家自然科学基金专项项目、面上项目多项。
