Optimization of Municipal Solid Waste Logistics System based on Data Envelopment Analysis

  • Abstract:In view of the problems of high probability, high cost of waste pollution and long time-consuming of waste transportation in the current municipal waste logistics system, the municipal solid waste logistics system based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) is proposed and designed. The operation process of municipal solid waste logistics system is briefly analyzed, and the optimization objectives are divided into two parts: waste management and transportation. The C2R model of data envelopment analysis (DEA) is used to evaluate the solid waste logistics scheme, and the waste management and transportation are optimized according to the evaluation results. Based on the principle of waste management optimization, the waste management optimization model is divided into waste generation, collection, transportation and treatment. Taking the minimum transportation cost as objective function and the longest working time as constraints, the mathematical model of municipal solid waste transportation is constructed. The solution is solved by ant colony algorithm, and the solution is the best path of municipal solid waste transportation. The experimental results show that the system can effectively control the logistics cost, and has high transportation efficiency, low probability of waste pollution, and reliability.
