摘要:In order to overcome a contradiction that increasing linear damping can suppress a dynamic system's resonance but cause its high frequency vibration isolation performance to be weakened, the time delay cubic displacement feedback control strategy was proposed here. Firstly, the dynamic equation of a high-static-low-dynamic stiffness (HSLDS) vibration isolator with the proposed feedback control was built. The steady-state response of the controlled system was obtained using the multi-scale method. Then, the effects of feedback gain and time delay on the dynamic characteristics of the controlled system were analyzed. The stability of steady-state responses was also analyzed under different time delays. Finally, the displacement transmissibility of the controlled HSLDS vibration isolator was defined, the effects of feedback parameters on the displacement transmissibility of the controlled system were analyzed, and the performances of the controlled system were compared with those of a passive vibration isolation system. The results showed that appropriately chosen feedback parameters can effectively reduce the displacement transmissibility of the controlled system within its resonant region, while the vibration isolation performance of the system in high frequency range is not affected, so such a control strategy provides a theoretical guide for improving the vibration isolation performance of a HSLDS vibration isolator. © 2017, Editorial Office of Journal of Vibration and Shock.
