摘要:To solve the mechanical properties problems of the current model, an adaptive path generation method for 3D printing of light-weight cellular was proposed based on the parameterized-controllable honeycomb path generated according to the material and compressive stress. By optimizing the parameters of cellular path, the optimization model based on the least material and the trajectory optimization model of adaptive compressive stress was established. Based on the mechanical properties analysis of honeycomb structure under the load-bearing, the adaptive generation of light-weight honeycomb trajectory under non-uniform load was realized. Experimental results illustrated that the method could generate the adaptive cellular paths with parameter control and achieve the mechanical properties optimization of light-weight structures, which provided a new way for improving the local load-bearing performance and the direct printing of lightweight structures. © 2018, Editorial Department of CIMS.
