Abstract:The reform of state-owned enterprises has to be deepened, and a new state-owned assets management system has to be formed in order to adapt to the requirements of innovative development in the context of the new economic normal. Methods such as literature review and induction, theoretical analysis and logical reasoning were adopted in this paper to explore the existing problems faced by state-owned enterprises during the reform. It has been found out that the driving force mechanism of state-owned enterprise reform is still incomplete and the main reform has not been carried out in place properly. Hence, a series of specific improvement measures for the reform of state-owned enterprises in the context of the new normal, including perfecting the state-owned enterprise management system, solid restructuring of state-owned enterprises, and improving the independent innovation performance of state-owned enterprises.
