应用于液体类商品的RFID标签贴放位置优化设计

Abstract:液体对超高频电磁波有较强的吸收作用,为减少液体对超高频RFID标签的影响,提出RFID标签在液体类商品表面贴放位置的设计从理论和数值仿真两方面分析了液体环境对RFID天线性能的影响,提出了标签贴放位置的选择问题。在此基础上,将仿真实验与实际应用相结合,设计了液体类商品仿真模型,将弯折偶极子天线贴放于商品的合理位置,测试标签在该环境下的回波损耗和增益性能。研究结果表明,RFID天线的回波损耗小于-20dB,天线的增益方向图也显示天线具有良好增益。标签的设计针对实际液体类商品应用场景,标签天线测试结果良好,为RFID标签在液体类商品中的应用提供了解决方案。
