Abstract:电解线切割加工技术是基于电化学阳极溶解原理,用微米级的金属丝作为阴极,再结合二维平面运动,对金属材料进行加工的一种电化学加工技术,电解线切割时不产生工具损耗,工件上不会产生变形、加工应力和热变形区;同时在加工准备阶段不用制造复杂的成型电极,从而减少加工准备时间和降低加工成本。但是其加工效率较低,为了提高加工效率本文提出采用多层工件叠加电解线切割的加工方法。本文以3J53弹性和金作为加工材料,采用5
