Profile

2015年6月取得南京航空航天大学通信与信息系统专业博士学位。2017年1月至2018年1月在美国杜克大学电子与计算机工程系攻读博士后。

致力于片上系统的验证、测试和硬件安全研究,主要针对系统芯片的多核测试与验证、硬件木马检测、系统芯片的安全防护等方向开展了深入的研究,近年来在IET CDS, IET CDT, MOP Letters等刊物上和硬件安全国际顶级会议上发表和录用学术论文数十余篇,授权专利9项,申请专利10余项。作为负责人和主要人员主持和参与相关的多项国家、省部级项目,包括国家自然科学基金、航空科学基金、江苏省产学研项目等。获国防科技进步一等奖1项、中国航空学会科学技术奖二等奖1项,国防科学技术发明奖三等奖1项。微电子专业核心主干课“集成电路测试与可测性设计”和省级精品课程“微机原理与应用”的主讲教师,主持教育部产学研协同育人项目,主编两本教材。

现为IEEE TCAD, TVLSI, PLOS ONE审稿人,IEEE  AsianITC会议分会主席。
