Experimental simulation on different types of aerodynamic acoustic characteristics of rotor

摘要:In order to investigate the aerodynamic acoustic characteristics of rotor, an experimental simulating method for separating, identifying and verifying different types of rotor noise is proposed. Firstly, the noise of model rotor using NACA0015 airfoil is measured under the condition without lift and torque, which is the reference value of thickness noise. Then, a new vortex generator is designed to interfere with the rotor model, and under this case, the thickness noise, load noise (when the collective pitch is not zero) and blade vortex interaction (BVI) noise are measured in different collective pitches and blade-tip Mach numbers. The test results indicate that the method for the separation and identification of rotor aerodynamic noise could obtain the thickness noise, load noise and BVI noise respectively. At last, the test data is processed and the influences of relevant parameters on the aerodynamic acoustic characteristics of rotor are analyzed in detail, from which some meaningful conclusions are obtained. © 2019 The Vertical Flight Society.
