摘要:On account of the double-salient-pole structure of bearingless switched reluctance motor (BSRM), the torque ripple is one of the most important factors that restrict its operation performance and application, which can be effectively suppressed when using the direct instantaneous torque control and direct force control (DITC&DFC) method. Based on this method, the open-circuit fault of a 12/8 single-winding BSRM was studied and a fault-tolerant control method was proposed to compensate the absent levitation force. As a result, the stable levitation under the open-circuit fault-tolerant operation was achieved. Firstly, the principle of levitation and DITC&DFC were demonstrated. To compensate the loss of levitation force under open-circuit fault, the voltage symbol selection table was reconstructed. Finally, the simulations of Matlab/Simulink and experiments of prototype motor were completed. It is verified that this control strategy can achieve a good control performance for fault-tolerant operation of single-winding BSRM. © 2018, Electrical Technology Press Co. Ltd. All right reserved.
