Abstract:Based on the three-terminal interval number and the project risk theory, this paper discusses the problem of risk weighting in uncertain market decision-making, and puts forward the method of combining the grey system theory and the three-terminal interval number to determine the weight of decision-making. The best-selling weight, the unsalable weight and the normal weight are calculated by expert preference. The final mathematical expectation of the product is used to sort the decision-making plan. The results of case analysis show that the grey three-terminal interval decision model proposed in this paper has good feasibility and rationality.
