Patent description:本发明公开了一种用于3D打印制备多孔冰层的地面实验系统,包括冷环境箱,蠕动泵,三轴导轨,电脑主机,压电喷雾器,控制单元;所述压电喷雾器可根据实际使用需求进行更换,通过压电喷雾器微孔大小、数量,打孔范围,振动频率精确调节喷雾流量和液滴平均粒径;控制单元控制冷环境箱温度,滑轨运动,蠕动泵流量,压电喷雾器频率。本发明可在平板或不规则曲面表面3D打印具有稳定物理属性冰层,用以进行地面防除冰实验。本发明具有操作简便,结构简单,安装便捷,能耗低,维护方便且效果明显等优势,能有效提高地面冷环境防除冰实验质量。
