Yifan Yuan is currently an Associate Professor in the College of Integrated Circuits, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), Nanjing, China. He received the Ph.D. degree in Materials Engineering from University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL), USA, in 2021. Prior to joining NUAA, he was a postdoctoral fellow at Purdue University and Rutgers in New Brunswick. In Sep. 2024, he joined the College of Integrated Circuits, NUAA.
